Unauthorized use of the Kraftdata trademark, logo, or branding is prohibited without prior written consent from Serenit AB.

By accessing and using Kraftdata ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Kraftdata provides an interactive map visualization platform for Swedish electricity infrastructure, including power plants, transmission lines, and real-time electricity data. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes.

4. Data Sources and Accuracy

The data displayed on Kraftdata is sourced from publicly available datasets including:

• OpenStreetMap (OSM) - Licensed under ODbL
• Svenska Kraftnät (SVK) - Swedish electricity grid data
• ENTSO-E - European electricity transmission data
• ECMWF - European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts
• SCB - Statistics Sweden (Statistiska centralbyrån)
• Global Energy Monitor - Energy infrastructure data
• PyPSA - Python for Power System Analysis

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data displayed. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the Service's materials
• Using the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
